Do you work with businesses outside India?
Our primary client base is in India, but we have supported remote SAP implementations for companies with India operations. Drop us a note and we can discuss your specific situation.
How long does a typical SAP implementation take?
It depends on scope and complexity. A focused SAP Business One implementation for a mid-sized business typically takes 3 to 6 months. Larger S/4HANA implementations can take 6 to 18 months. We'll give you a realistic estimate after understanding your specific requirements.
Do you only work with large enterprises?
No — in fact, mid-sized businesses are our sweet spot. We understand that a 500-person chemical company or a 20-branch retail chain has SAP needs that are very real, even if they're not Fortune 500 scale.
What happens to support after the implementation team leaves?
We offer structured post-go-live support plans. You can choose from quarterly reviews with ad-hoc support, a dedicated support retainer, or a full managed services arrangement. We won't leave you on your own.
We already have SAP. Can you still help?
Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us after a previous implementation that didn't go as planned, or with a system that was set up years ago and has never been properly optimised. We can assess, fix, and improve existing SAP environments.
